Local Missions

A major focus for local missions is the support of organizations that do not bear the stamp of Hopewell but bear the stamp of the love of Christ being extended into Savannah, Hardin County and Tennessee.

Shiloh Baptist Association

From earliest days, Tennesseans have seen the power of reaching out beyond ourselves to help others in a voluntary spirit. As Southern Baptists, we employ this same philosophy to cooperatively working together on local, state and national levels. Our local level is Shiloh Baptist Association which represents the effort of 48 churches in Hardin and McNairy counties to share in an advance of the gospel.

The Marie Keel Fund (ministering to hunger needs in our area)

For many years, Marie Keel, our church secretary, maintained a food ministry to those in need. With her passing and in her memory, we now partner with the local ministry Our Daily Bread. You can learn more about them here:
